Check that you are using Google Chrome’s most recent version. CrowdBlink Console is currently optimized for Google Chrome.
You can learn more about downloading or updating Chrome from Google on their support page.
If after switching to Chrome you receive the network error message:
Please check that your internet connection is stable and try again. If it is not stable, you will need to connect to a more reliable network to continue.
If you are still experiencing issues with Console please submit a support request to our CrowdBlink support team including specific details of the steps you are taking, where you are getting stuck, and screenshots of your screen.
