Receipts for cashless purchases are sent to the email address associated with your CrowdBlink app or ticket if your CrowdBlink app or PDF ticket was scanned during the purchase process.
When purchasing something at a vendor, present either the Payment Ready QR code on the home screen of your CrowdBlink app or your PDF ticket so the vendor can scan it before your purchase. When the transaction is complete you will receive two emails to the email address associated with either your CrowdBlink app account or the order associated with your PDF ticket.
One email will be your payment confirmation and the other will have a breakdown of the items purchased and the amounts paid.
You will not receive a receipt if making a guest purchase, as no information will be captured and tied to you.
